Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened or used.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within *7 days* of delivery at Kglowselectbeauty@outlook.com or via Instagram DM *@kglowselectbeauty*.

To be eligible for a refund:
•⁠  ⁠The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
•⁠  ⁠You must request the return within *14 days* of delivery.
•⁠  ⁠Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your refund to the original payment method.
